Work With Me

Our coaching sessions will be tailor-made to suit your individual requirements.  A number of sessions are generally recommended so we can work on transition changes to help you achieve your goals. I offer blocks of six coaching sessions which can be at weekly or fortnightly intervals.  Sometimes you need a bit longer to process and act on changes between sessions but generally, six sessions over a three-month period work well.

Every individual and couple will have different requirements. I can be flexible to meet your needs and you can reassess them once you begin Coaching.

I offer Platinum, Gold and Silver packages which differ in the ways of delivering Coaching and in the levels of between-session email and/or phone support. Our Coaching can be face to face, via Skype Video link, Zoom, or phone.

It may be you have identified a specific goal or you are keen to work on a less complex single issue.  If that is the case you can book a Solution Focused telephone session and we can work on a plan of action. If you then decide you want to continue Coaching we can arrange further single or multiple sessions.

Travel within 10 miles of my location is included, with extra mileage or travel costs added if further afield. (Covid-19 social distancing guidelines are being adhered to at the moment)

We can then discuss the costs of individual sessions and packages and you choose the level to meet your requirements. Payment is in advance for individual sessions and I offer a discount on block booking six sessions.
