How it works

Mid-life is a transition time and therefore a good time to reassess the shape of your future. Together we will explore how your life experiences have shaped you and your story so far.  Exploring your previous experiences, getting in touch with your Values and beliefs, and using them as a springboard coaching can help you make the changes necessary in order to achieve your goals for the future.

Coaching author, W.Timothy Gallwey says “coaching is about unlocking people’s potential to maximise their own performance.” I will listen in a non-judgemental, non-directive way and you will set the agenda on what you want to achieve. You are the expert on your life and you will take centre-stage in fulfilling your hopes and dreams for mid-life and beyond.

Coaching author, W.Timothy Gallwey said, “coaching is about unlocking people’s potential to maximise their own performance.” I will ask you powerful and curious questions, not for you to give me answers, but for the purpose of raising your awareness. Once you are fully aware you will be in a better place to make choices. Client’s often experience an “aha” moment of insight when their own answers pop into their thoughts.  And that is empowering for them and a privilege for me to share.

Our sessions will be tailor-made for you using a variety of psychological models – Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychology, Co-Active,  and NLP, together with appraisal tools. For instance, it can be very helpful to identify your Values. You may not be fully aware of what your Values are and exploring them is a revealing exercise. Or perhaps your Values are ones you inherited but which no longer align with who you are today?

Finding the right work/life balance for you is key to mid-life happiness and emotional well-being.

I do not have the answers but as your Coach, I will support you on a journey of self-discovery to reveal your answers within.
